Change your way of thinking, change your way of thinking, because the Kingdom of God is here! Can you imagine that being said in this day, time and hour. Jesus came to us with the government on His shoulder, telling us to stop thinking the way we were and to now think like this. What would the “this” be?

The Kingdom of heaven is like this, were the parables He often told to get us out of what we call common sense or the normalcy of life as we knew it. If and when you truly think about Him and the Kingdom He represented, there is nothing NORMAL about it, wouldn’t you agree? Take all of those people who were sick with leprosy, the regular people was NOT going to be dealing with nunt of that. Let’s be real, y’all know it! But, for the sake of we the people, that we would know that the new System and way of thinking was now on the scene being seen: Jesus dealt with them.

Who is them? Glad you asked. Those nobody else wanted to deal with including the doctors, especially when it came to leprosy. The woman with the issue of blood, was considered unclean and could have been stoned to death for even coming out in the open among the whole folks (or were they whole, because they were there also for something). But she against all odds, and after trying the world system as we know it, continually giving our money to doctors who are not capable or are unwilling to make us better because of the other master mammon, took a chance and made it to the Kingdom representative and was healed. 

How would we truly know that the presence of a new Administration was here and in full force, if we didn’t see it with our own eyes? (With our “I gotta see if before I believe it self” – ‘scuse me.) So Jesus was the evidence of the original authority given to mankind, demonstrating what it looks like when the Kingdom of God was on display. Instead of going in the opposite direction of the sick and diseased, He walked in their direction. Instead of sending all those who followed Him for many of days without food away, He fed them. He actually took what was not enough and made it more than enough — a manifestation that showed the people, again, the Kingdom of God is at work. Don’t even let me get started on “we were all sinners and justice demanded that we all should die”. There were times He was asked “why you hanging out with the sinners?” It was even being whispered, if He only knew who was touching Him — as if He didn’t know! Come on y’all. What if he would have refused to come into our sinful realm that we messed up with our wrong thinking and choices?

He was given an assignment to come and display what the Kingdom of heaven should look and act like. He kept walking, even though He was threatened. He kept walking after being whipped with 39 stripes for our healing. He kept moving forward after being falsely accused and sentenced to die. He remained on the cross, when He could have come down and saved Himself, all the way to the point of death. But the demonstration of power and dominion was not over. He got up after three days with all power, the keys, took the sting out of death and robbed the grave of what it thought was a victory! Talking about the Kingdom of God is here! What you think?
